Carved doors · Walnut and smoked oak · Made in Portugal
From arabesque to straight line: every house asks for something else. What leaves this workshop for your entrance never leaves it for anyone else.
The machine takes the bulk out in hours. Taking the cutter's mark out of the groove takes days by hand — and that is what you feel when you run a finger along it.
There is no production run. There is no model no. 4. Each door is drawn once, made once, and never offered to anyone again.
The plaque sits at the top of the door, on the hinge side. It is invisible when the door is shut — and shows every time it opens. A certificate comes with it.
This is not manufactured scarcity — it is how long a piece takes. Order in March and you receive in summer, and you know that from the start.
Every piece is quoted on the drawing — but no one should ask for a drawing without knowing roughly where it lands.
Includes drawing, timber, carving, oil finish, numbered plaque and certificate.
Excludes frame, hardware, fitting or shipping — quoted separately, or left to your joiner.
Lead time six to ten weeks from approval of the drawing.
Payment in three: drawing, start of the timber, and delivery.
Prices include VAT. A piece outside these sizes is quoted on the same logic — what changes is the area to be carved.
Five answers are enough for us to tell you whether it is possible, what it costs and by when.
